Measures for low-speed collisions of aerial work platforms: Forward upper detection with 8 sensors using sonar sensors.

Low-speed accident reduction sonar. Covers the upper front of the arm of the aerial work platform with sensors, detecting obstacles with up to a maximum of 8 sensors combined with the rear.

The system reduces the risk of collision accidents in situations where the work basket of a high-altitude work vehicle is moving at low speed (while the basket is stored) due to the driver's negligence. *If sensors are installed in the basket, a 12/24V power supply is required inside the basket. This system is designed and developed by a Japanese sensor manufacturer that holds a 60% share of the global market for ultrasonic sensor elements and is manufactured at its own overseas factory. The controller is combined with a dedicated ECU that incorporates a unique algorithm, and there have been over 6,000 units supplied for trucks and buses within six years of the start of supply. This is a sonar system for buses and trucks, composed of a dedicated controller and ultrasonic sensors designed and developed in Japan, capable of up to 8 channels. It has a proven track record of installation on various domestic trucks (large, medium, and small) as well as imported trucks. The basic configuration of the system has two types: - On-screen display type that can show detection distance with backup monitor interruption - Dedicated LED indicator display type The basic sensor configurations are 2ch, 4ch, 6ch, and 8ch. The basic installation positions are 2ch in the front and 6ch in the rear (2ch on the upper side / 4ch on the lower side). The sensor angles can be adjusted to some extent. *Compatible with both 12V and 24V.

Low-speed collision of road cleaning vehicles, contact during reverse, and measures against entrapment sonar sensors.

During low-speed operations of road cleaning vehicles, up to 8 sensors detect obstacles, implementing measures to prevent contact and entrapment while reversing. There are over 6,000 proven units in trucks and buses.

The system reduces accidents during low-speed operations, especially when reversing, to prevent contact and entrapment with street cleaning vehicles. This system is designed and developed by a Japanese sensor manufacturer that holds a 60% share of the global ultrasonic sensor market and is manufactured at its overseas factories. The controller is combined with a dedicated ECU that incorporates a unique algorithm, and there have been over 6,000 units supplied for trucks and buses within six years of its launch. It is a sonar system for buses and trucks, consisting of a dedicated controller and ultrasonic sensors designed and developed in Japan, capable of configuring up to 8 channels. There are numerous installation records for various domestic trucks (large, medium, and small) as well as imported trucks. The basic configuration of the system has two types: - An on-screen display type that shows detection distance with backup monitor interruption. - A dedicated LED indicator display type. The basic sensor configurations are 2 channels, 4 channels, 6 channels, and 8 channels. The basic installation positions are 2 channels in the front and 6 channels in the rear (2 channels on the upper side / 4 channels on the lower side). The sensor angles can be adjusted to some extent. *Compatible with both 12V and 24V systems.

Low-speed collision prevention for panel vans: sonar sensors detect the upper front area as well.

Low-speed accident reduction sonar. Covers the upper front of the panel van with two sensors, detecting obstacles with up to eight sensors in total, including the rear. Proven performance with over 4,000 units.

This system reduces the risk of accidents when entering a dockyard dog shelter at low speed during reverse and mitigates collision accidents in situations where there is a danger of contact with the upper front of a box truck (at low speeds). It is designed and developed by a Japanese sensor manufacturer that holds a 60% share of the global ultrasonic sensor market and is manufactured at its overseas factories. The controller is combined with a dedicated ECU that incorporates a unique algorithm, and there have been over 6,000 units supplied for trucks and buses within six years of its launch. This is a sonar system for buses and trucks, composed of a dedicated controller and ultrasonic sensors designed and developed in Japan, capable of configuring up to 8 channels. It has a proven track record of installation on various domestic trucks (large, medium, and small) as well as imported trucks. The basic configuration of the system consists of two types: - On-screen display type that shows the detection distance with backup monitor interruption - Dedicated LED indicator display type The basic sensor configurations are 2ch, 4ch, 6ch, and 8ch. The basic installation positions are 2ch at the front and 6ch at the rear (2ch upper / 4ch lower). The sensor angles can be adjusted in some cases. *Compatible with both 12V and 24V systems. If requested, vehicle installation can also be carried out by partner companies with proven experience.

Clarion digital camera compatible back sonar distance display to obstacles.

Backup sensor, backup eye camera, backup camera, detection distance display, made by a Japanese manufacturer, exclusive to Clarion camera, exclusive to Clarion monitor.

This is a sonar sensor system for commercial vehicles compatible with Clarion's digital cameras and monitors. It does not support cameras and monitors from manufacturers other than Clarion. It contributes to safety immediately after the vehicle starts and just before it stops. The detectable range is 100 cm or 180 cm from the vehicle body when traveling at approximately 10 km/h or less. The distance and position of detected objects are displayed on the monitor (in increments of about 10 cm). It warns of dangers such as bicycles and pedestrians suddenly appearing, children, crouching individuals, and structures, thereby reducing the risk of vehicle damage and personal injury accidents. Up to 8 channels of sensors can be incorporated to match the vehicles owned by customers, and there is a wide variety of harness lengths available. Since the start of series sales, there have been over 20,000 units installed (as of 2025). - The combination with rear cameras is effective as a countermeasure against accidents due to a shortage of skilled drivers. - For leased vehicles, there is an increasing number of users of lease contracts with a slight increase in fees. - Introducing the sonar system as a customization for voluntary insurance can lower insurance premiums. Since our dealers cover a wide area nationwide, orders including installation work can be placed throughout the country, excluding remote islands.
